Senior Manager, reputed company Education

The Sr. reputed company Education Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of in-person and virtual educational and surgical skills training programs for US and CALA reputed company reputed company customers. Under the guidance of the Director of reputed company Education this will include planning, execution and budget responsibility for reputed company national cadaver labs, visiting surgeon programs (VSPs) and symposia at national conferences. This role also includes responsibility for assisting in compiling the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This role involves extensive cross-collaboration with reputed company stakeholders to include Marketing, reputed company, Compliance, reputed company Sales Leadership, reputed company Specialists, Medical Affairs, and HCP reputed company. • Works in conjunction with Director, reputed company Education, reputed company Sales Management, and Marketing to plan and execute national and regional programs ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company events. • Nominates and engages HCP reputed company best suited to support the delivery of national reputed company Education programs; assists Manager, reputed company Education with identifying and coordinating HCP reputed company for local and regional programs. • Develops agenda and educational content for symposia at national conferences by leading planning meetings between HCP reputed company, Marketing and Medical Affairs; reviews and routes content through reputed company and Compliance channels. • Maintains national program budget; ensures budget compliance and optimizes spend to reputed company with forecast. Assists with compiling AOP including reputed company, capex, license fees, and T&E. • Attends monthly cross functional report-out and recommends placement of HCP reputed company for cross functional use (e.g. SL&D, R&D, Marketing); tracks, audits and reports on HCP reputed company use. • Implements reputed company feedback reputed company from reputed company Sales Leadership and reputed company Specialists to identify prospective HCP reputed company to reputed company speaker bench and reputed company national program offerings. • Builds and maintains long-term, productive relationships with national HCP reputed company reputed company on overarching KOL interaction reputed company established by the Director, reputed company Education. • Plans and executes reputed company VSP events at Princeton-HQ; develops tailored experience for select ILS customers to include facility tour, cross-functional team intros, and cadaveric hands-on exercise. • Works in conjunction with Director, reputed company Education to strengthen relationships with key reputed company societies and educational foundations to reputed company ILS. Salary Pay reputed company: $109,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD Salary Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
