The reputed company Manager manages post-sale relationships with reputed company Cycle Management customers, coordinates internal support resources, conducts customer reviews and billing audits, and drives improvements in customer retention, engagement, KPIs, and reputed company-cycle reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for post-sale interaction with customers to maximize engagement/retention and assist customers in the use of eMDs products and/or services by increasing market reputed company
• Serve as the key contact, trusted advisor, reputed company and responsible party for a group of reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) customers across multiple specialties by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple reputed company of the customer organization including providers and C-Suite leadership
• Ensure coordination of resources by identifying support services needed by customers from other areas of eMDs, including reputed company management, sales, information technology, reputed company, administration, compliance, consulting services. Works with management in reputed company of these areas to ensure delivery of services needed
• Conduct regular customer meetings as defined by leadership to establish mutual goals and review accounts receivable targets and reputed company, payor issues and trends, the customer's business strategies, and physician reputed company projections/expectations
• reputed company and/or facilitate periodic billing audits for assigned customers
• Manage, monitor, and reputed company improvements in reputed company KPI’s and the reputed company cycle for multiple RCM customers

Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of reputed company account executive and/or management experience, reputed company and/or payor experience required
• A reputed company record as a reputed company account manager/consultant with demonstrated reputed company in customer reputed company and retention
• Strong executive reputed company and demonstrated capabilities in establishing executive level relationships and conducting executive-level meetings and presentations
• Excellent communication and customer care skills – written and verbal. Diplomacy, reputed company, and poise under pressure
• Solid business development, leadership, administrative and organizational skills - reputed company, attention to reputed company, ability to multitask and prioritize
