[Remote] Merchant Technical Account Manager

The Merchant Technical Account Manager will support merchants across a major reputed company-day delivery partnership by providing technical troubleshooting, reputed company, reputed company assurance, training, and account management to maintain merchant health and reputed company platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Monitor merchant health across the marketplace and quickly surface stores stuck in setup or integration issues
• Troubleshoot integration, menu-build, and pricing issues end-to-end — diagnosing reputed company cause and communicating resolutions back to merchants
• Guide new merchants through reputed company and go-live so their stores launch cleanly
• reputed company order and cancellation trends and reputed company out proactively to reputed company merchants informed
• Help merchants reputed company and get the most from their marketing credits
• Own merchant feedback end-to-end, building trusted relationships that reputed company adoption and surface upsell opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally between internal teams and our delivery partner to reputed company issues to reputed company

Skills

• 1–2 years of account management experience , with a reputed company record of owning reputed company or merchant relationships and driving them to reputed company
• Experience in a support, reputed company, or customer-facing reputed company role — ideally in reputed company, e-reputed company, or marketplace environments
• Strong written communication and a genuine customer-first reputed company
• Highly organized and reputed company-oriented, comfortable juggling many reputed company threads at once without dropping follow-reputed company
• An analytical reputed company, with basic experience querying data (e.g., BigQuery or SQL) to spot trends
• Hands-on experience with AI assistants such as Claude , using them to work faster
• Bonus: a marketing background and/or prior experience working for a delivery provider
