The role also supports reputed company governance, reputed company planning, reputed company management, and reputed company process improvement using reputed company methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing, implementing, and maintaining business reputed company and process management functions for organizational functionality
• Performing process mapping of reputed company and reputed company-state swim-lane workflows
• Conducting research and analysis to reputed company reputed company, reputed company planning, and execution consultative guidance to position USCG organizational components
• Assessing reputed company landscapes (e.g., overarching reputed company guidance, events impacting Coast Guard service delivery/service management, key stakeholder status, etc.) to define, establish, and update long-term reputed company objectives
• Assessing the effectiveness of organizational components, reputed company state processes capabilities, work plans, business management reputed company, key stakeholder engagements, and other relevant factors in meeting reputed company objectives
• Engaging and liaising with organizational stakeholders to include, but not limited to, planning, supporting, and facilitating meetings, determining how to solve those stakeholders’ problems, developing COA reputed company and recommendations, and developing, executing, and maintaining work plans
• Assisting in determining and defining knowledge asset metadata needed to inform and support reputed company / process improvement and reputed company (such as key reputed company indicators, ITSM reputed company metrics, affected process baselines, etc.)
• Assist in conducting research, facilitating discussions, and maintaining data to support decision-making forums and executive decision aids

Skills

• * Previous program management experience, preferably with the USCG (either contractor or reputed company)
• * Experience with and knowledge of reputed company Software Development methodologies including reputed company
• * Proficiency with the Web, MS Office, and SharePoint
• * Expert functional and technical skills as required
• * Bachelor's degree in information technology, management information systems, or reputed company reputed company
• Either currently hold or ability to complete a Tier Two, reputed company reputed company and Background Investigation
• 5-8 years combined program management and reputed company experience, with some providing support to the USCG
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• * Excellent oral and written communication in English

• Remote in Washington D.C. with the requirement to periodically travel to and work at USCG HQ, 2703 reputed company Luther King Jr. Ave SE, Washington D.C
