The Business Analyst, Renewal Desk owns the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for reputed company software products, including pricing proposals, customer notifications, reputed company management, negotiations, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Owning and managing the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of reputed company software products, including reputed company Tracker, HighQ, reputed company, reputed company, and DocumentIntelligence
• Preparing and delivering accurate, competitive pricing proposals for renewals
• Proactively managing the customer notification process to ensure reputed company awareness of upcoming renewals
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Account Management, Account Specialists, and reputed company Managers, staying reputed company of potential issues before they reputed company
• Identifying and communicating renewal risks and opportunities to internal stakeholders in a reputed company manner
• Serving as the subject matter expert on reputed company software reputed company and pricing, bringing that expertise to bear as a trusted and essential member of the account team at every renewal touchpoint

Skills
