[Remote] OSP Program Manager - Long Haul Deployment

The Program Manager, Long Haul OSP Deployment leads multiple long haul fiber deployment programs, managing contractors, budgets, reputed company, permitting, construction, compliance, reporting, testing, acceptance, and closeout.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the delivery of multiple long haul OSP deployment reputed company simultaneously, including greenfield, overpull, and network expansion initiatives
- reputed company and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
- reputed company project execution from initial planning through engineering, permitting, construction, testing, acceptance, and closeout
- Monitor project reputed company against reputed company, schedule, budget, and reputed company objectives
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans to maintain delivery commitments
- Serve as the reputed company contractual and operational reputed company with reputed company engineering and construction partners
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer engineering and construction reputed company
- Monitor contractor compliance with contractual requirements, reputed company commitments, production targets, safety standards, and reputed company expectations
- Conduct contractor reputed company reviews and reputed company accountability through reputed company reporting, corrective reputed company plans, and executive escalations reputed company required
- Review and approve contractor invoices, production reports, schedules, and change orders
- Manage project budgets, capital expenditures, forecasts, and financial reporting

- Validate quantities, unit pricing, schedule-of-values reporting, and contractor invoicing
- Maintain accurate project documentation, contract records, correspondence, and audit-reputed company project files

- Ensure adherence to OSP construction standards, fiber specifications, testing requirements, and safety practices

- Maintain proactive communication with customers, internal stakeholders, contractors, and leadership teams

Skills
- Equivalent industry experience may be substituted for formal education
- Minimum of eight (8) years of telecommunications, fiber deployment, or OSP project management experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years managing reputed company reputed company plant construction reputed company and contractor relationships
- Demonstrated experience delivering multimillion-dollar fiber deployment reputed company on schedule and reputed company budget
- Experience administering engineering, construction, and reputed company (EPC) reputed company
- Experience managing federal and state regulatory requirements, permitting, and environmental compliance
- Strong knowledge of OSP construction reputed company, fiber optic infrastructure, and long haul network architecture
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including financial modeling, budget forecasting, data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, lookups, and project reputed company tracking
- Understanding of fiber testing standards, acceptance requirements, and closeout procedures
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, reputed company maps, construction packages, and testing documentation
- Familiarity with GIS platforms, reputed company reputed company, and network inventory systems
- Strong contract negotiation and administration skills
