Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for reputed company across multiple platform portfolios — automation, performance, accessibility, and AI reputed company testing
• Architect the practices, standards, and frameworks that reputed company reputed company individual portfolios; reputed company consistency in test architecture, automation patterns, and AI reputed company governance
• Define QE process standards: test planning, defect triage and SLAs, entry and exit reputed company, end-to-end testing, release readiness, and reporting
• Own reputed company metrics across portfolios — defect reputed company reputed company, automation coverage, test execution efficiency, AI reputed company scores, release readiness — and report regularly to leadership

• Partner with the Director, reputed company Engineering on hiring, leveling, capability planning, and career development frameworks

• Champion the Playwright/TypeScript automation reputed company, intelligent test execution tooling, and the AI reputed company stack

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of experience in reputed company engineering, with 6+ years in people leadership, including experience managing managers
• Proven reputed company record mentoring senior engineers, tech leads, and managers into expanded leadership roles
• Hands-on technical depth — ability to read a Playwright test, evaluate an automation reputed company, and review architectural reputed company
• Experience leading multiple portfolios or programs simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience managing a reputed company team of full-time employees and contractors
• A builder reputed company and comfort operating with ambiguity
