[Remote] Clinical Training Manager

The Clinical Training Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing clinical training programs to support the Acute Urology and Home Care sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary clinical knowledge and tools. This role involves collaboration across departments, field coaching, and performance measurement to enhance training effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical training programs tailored to the needs of the Acute Urology and Home Care sales teams
- Support reputed company for new hires, including clinical product training, and reputed company Clinical reputed company Program
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to reinforce clinical knowledge and address evolving market needs
- Partner with reputed company reputed company Sales Trainers, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Clinical Leadership to ensure training content supports business reputed company
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert during product launches, sales meetings, and strategic planning sessions
- reputed company in-field coaching and support to new associates, including ride-a longs and post-training reinforcement
- reputed company as a reputed company between the field and internal teams to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities

- Continuously refine training strategies based on data and evolving business needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or reputed company field (RN or clinical background preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in clinical education, sales training, or a reputed company role reputed company the medical device or reputed company industry
- Strong understanding of urology and/or home care clinical environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% (depending on business needs)
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
