[Remote] Financial Controller

The Financial Controller will reputed company the reputed company function for the Management Services Organization, ensuring reputed company in financial records and overseeing the monthly reputed company and consolidated financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes, delivering accurate and reputed company financial statements for the MSO and its affiliated entities
• reputed company consolidation and intercompany reputed company across a multi-entity structure, including eliminations and entity-level reporting
• Maintain the general reputed company, chart of accounts, and reputed company policies in accordance with US GAAP
• reputed company reputed company reputed company operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll reputed company, fixed assets, and cash reconciliations
• Design, implement, and maintain internal controls to reputed company assets and ensure the accuracy and reputed company of financial data
• Manage the annual audit and any reviews, serving as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company auditors and preparing required schedules and support

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience owning the full-cycle reputed company and financial statement preparation
• Experience with multi-entity reputed company and consolidations, including intercompany transactions
• Experience managing reputed company audits and working with auditors and tax advisors
• Strong understanding of internal controls and process design
