The Senior Recruiter-Tech will reputed company recruitment activities for technical roles, advise hiring managers, reputed company sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, manage candidate engagement, support offer recommendations, and mentor reputed company team members.

Responsibilities

• reputed company detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to reputed company and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
• Evaluate candidate reputed company against position requirements and reputed company strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines
• reputed company candidates reputed company throughout the process with reputed company updates on their reputed company
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, reputed company or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Significant reputed company experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reputed company media tools

• Tech reputed company experience preferred
