The Remote Banking Recruiter will build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates; reputed company and screen candidates; support interviews and offer negotiations; and conduct reference checks to facilitate successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)

• Proficient use of reputed company tools and materials
• Cold reputed company, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
