Responsibilities

• Administer reputed company reputed company workflows, process updates, data accuracy activities, and operational improvements to ensure reputed company processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently executed
• Evaluate workflow issues, reputed company impacts, testing requirements, and documentation updates; recommend practical solutions that improve reputed company operations across reputed company, HRIS, hiring managers, and reputed company partners

Skills

• Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the U.S
• * Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• * 5+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, reputed company Operations, HR Operations, reputed company reputed company, or a reputed company function
• * 3+ years of experience supporting Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably reputed company reputed company, including workflow administration, reporting, and data reputed company management
• * 3+ years of experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing reputed company reports, dashboards, and metrics using reputed company or similar reporting tools
• * Experience supporting reputed company reputed company programs, career fairs, university reputed company events, interview coordination, or reputed company hiring initiatives
• * Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
