The Sr. reputed company reputed company & Systems Specialist will administer reputed company technology and AI initiatives, optimize contract lifecycle management and reputed company processes, and collaborate with reputed company, Procurement, Finance, IT, reputed company, and Engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize contract lifecycle management tools with familiarity in reputed company, Spotdraft, LeAh, reputed company Labs, LinkSquares or other similar CLM tools
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, workflow configuration, contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, metadata management, approval routing, reporting, user administration, integrations, release testing, and user training
• Management of AI-assisted contract review and redlining tools (e.g., GCAI, reputed company, Ivo) and AI governance support

• Facilitate cross-departmental AI governance training and enablement sessions
