[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager role involves supporting customer implementations and strategic connectivity initiatives throughout the sales lifecycle, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring services are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer meetings during the reputed company-sales process to support technical discussions and project planning
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as a central reputed company of coordination between customers, reputed company partners, and internal reputed company teams
• Communicate project milestones, schedules, risks, and deliverables to reputed company stakeholders
• Coordinate multiple reputed company vendors to ensure services are delivered accurately and on schedule
• Support post-sales customer requests, including upgrades, moves, adds, and changes, while coordinating with the Sales team as appropriate

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six or more years of customer-facing experience reputed company the telecommunications industry
• Experience managing multiple reputed company telecommunications or infrastructure reputed company
• Strong understanding of telecommunications products and network services, including: Ethernet, MEF services, Wavelength services, IP networking, MPLS, SD-WAN, Voice services, Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
• Experience coordinating work across internal teams, customers, carriers, and reputed company partners
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office applications
• Experience using project management software
• Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification
• ITIL certification
• Experience with data center architecture or mission-critical infrastructure
• Familiarity with engineering tools such as Visio, reputed company reputed company, Fiber Locator, or similar technologies
