[Remote] Trade Compliance Analyst - Senior

They are seeking a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst responsible for managing Free Trade Agreement programs, ensuring compliance and audit readiness, and leading reputed company determinations and supplier data validation.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Free Trade Agreement (FTA) programs (including USMCA), ensuring consistent and compliant application across the organization
- reputed company reputed company qualification analyses (tariff shift, RVC, and other rule-of-reputed company reputed company) at the BOM level
- Determine country of reputed company and eligibility by analyzing materials, sourcing, and production processes
- Prepare, validate, and maintain FTA certifications and supporting documentation for audits and regulatory inquiries
- Conduct post-entry audits and compliance reviews; identify discrepancies, reputed company causes, and corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze trends in classification, valuation, reputed company, and duty claims to reputed company reputed company improvement
- Classify products under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and reputed company ongoing audits for reputed company
- reputed company and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and internal controls to support compliance and audit readiness
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and data-driven controls, to enhance efficiency and reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or reputed company reputed company
- 8+ years of trade compliance experience, with strong expertise in FTA reputed company and audit programs
- Hands-on experience with USMCA rules of reputed company, BOM analysis, and qualification methodologies
- Strong knowledge of HTS classification and General Rules of Interpretation (GRI)
- Experience conducting customs entry audits and post-entry reviews
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and reputed company corrective actions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams
- Advanced reputed company skills; proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Advanced expertise in HTS classification, GRI, and U.S. Customs trade programs (including ACE)
