The role manages sourcing and full life-cycle recruitment for technical and analytical professionals, partners with business leaders and hiring managers, and supports strategic business development through key personnel identification.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to define recruitment needs and reputed company execution
• Research and implement innovative sourcing techniques utilizing traditional and non-traditional resources
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment from initial requisition opening through final offer extension
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent through reputed company relationship management
