Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned reputed company estate territory, including lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, dispositions, landlord relationship management, and transaction execution in support of portfolio optimization and reputed company objectives

Skills

• 5+ Years of experience in reputed company estate analytics, market research, site selection, finance, GIS, or a reputed company analytical field required and
• Experience developing analytical models, forecasts, dashboards, and business insights
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
